🎉 Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Union Green in Union City! 🎉

Last Thursday, we had the honor of attending a momentous ribbon-cutting ceremony for Union Green, a new 295-unit multifamily community in Union City, developed by our partner Woodfield Development. This beautiful new property will offer modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, complete with high-end finishes like Luna Pearl granite countertops, 10-foot ceilings, and energy-efficient appliances.

The event brought together the Union City community in a powerful way! We were thrilled to see the turnout, with Mayor Vince Williams, city council members, current and future residents, and local vendors all present to celebrate this exciting addition to Union City. Special thanks to RPM Living for bringing everyone together, and to our co-sponsors like 360clean for making this event a success.

Union Green will not only provide top-tier amenities, including a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, grill patio, sky lounge, and eventually a virtual golf simulator, but also plays a crucial role in supporting Union City’s rapid growth.
